Hello, my name is Rebecca May, LPCC MS.Ed and I am a spiritual-based, holistic mental health counselor in the state of Ohio. I am the founder of Your True Path Counseling Services LLC, a fully online counseling practice. I created Your True Path in response to the changing tide of our current world. There are so many people who are suffering alone right now that do not have resources available to them to support them in the healing that they deserve. The hope for this fully online counseling practice is to be that resource to more people across the entire state of Ohio.
Why I’m Here
My passion is working with my clients to discover their self-worth and learn to love themselves unconditionally. Earlier in my life, I struggled with low self-confidence and feelings of not being good enough for anyone. Through some hard work and support from mentors, therapists, and loved ones, I was able to learn the knowledge and skills to help me get to a place of truly loving myself. After seeing the major impact that this work had on my life, I was called to pass this knowledge on to as many people as I could.
How we feel about ourselves has an impact on every area of our lives. So whether you are experiencing increased anxiety, relationship difficulties, trouble sleeping, or any number of others concerns, you can benefit from improving your relationship with yourself.
Counseling With Me
Through the therapeutic process, I assist my clients in discovering purpose and meaning in their lives. This then leads them to experience personal confidence to move in the direction of their dreams. My clients feel supported and able to rediscover the skills and abilities they already possess to become their own healer and support system.
